The Worst Things You Can Do To Your Body

1. Smoking/Tobacco
2. Poor Nutrition
3. Inactivity/Lack Of Exercise
4. Alcohol/Drinking
5. Microbial Agents/Improper Hygiene
6. Toxic Agents
7. Sexual Behaviour
8. Illegal Drug Use
9. Tanning

The list doesn't come out as much of a surprise seeing how many campaigns have been produced to prevent diseases caused by those things. But one thing for sure is that we can get a better understanding of the dangers therefore we may not start doing it.
