Body Image, Key To Confidence
I believe that there is a strong connection between body image and confidence. People who have a strong confidence usually can accept of who they are and that is why they have a realistic body image, positive behaviour, and a healthy social life.
To achieve a positive body image there are plenty of ways on how you can boost it.
1. Make the habit of eating healthily
If you are used to eating till you are stuffed, then stop it at once. Learn to eat only when you feel hungry. After a while, you will notice how fresh you'll feel which help you to look at yourself in a better and positive way.
2. Have active lifestyles
The best way to boost up the body image is to make active lifestyles as part of your daily routine. Go have a walk with friends of family or even to work or school, take the stairs instead of elevator, do exercises at least twice a week. I won't say it will be easy but it will get better as you go along.
3. Do not focus on measurement or weight
Body image has nothing to do with measurement or weight. The most important thing is you can change the way you look at yourself by learning to accept and nurture your body.
4. Find a time for your own
Once in a while you may want to find a time where you can be alone and think about your feelings. Sometimes we are so caught up with families and friends that we don't know who we are anymore, which can lead up to a negative body image.
5. Love Yourself
In the end, the thing that can determine our body image is yourself. Love yourself like how you want people to love you, not the other way around.
