It's Your Life

Forget diaries, scrapbooks and photo albums. We now record our lives with camera phones, digital voice recorders and the internet. Website trendwatching.com calls this new social phenomenom "life caching."
You can now document your life and comment on how you feel, then catalogue it via an online diary - a "web log," better known as a "blog." But this diary isn't stashed under the mattress for privacy. It's there on the web for all to see, complete with links to other sites the "blogger" finds interesting.
Millions of people now keep active blogs. But beware, joining them and putting your life online can become contagious - and bad for your health. New Scientist reported research showing that regular diarists were more likely to suffer headaches, digestive problems, sleeplessness, and social awkwardness.
Well...Has anybody feel the symptoms being described above yet???? =P
